Well, what can we say that hasn’t already been said so many times before. WOW! is a good place to start. The villa, pool and gardens are all fantastic - the internet pictures really don’t do the place justice. We’ve had a wonderful week, topped off by perfect weather. The fact that the villa is all one level has made it ideal for us, as my dad is wheelchair bound. All of the facilities have ensured that our week was free from disruption, and things have been just as easy for us as it is at home. |

Our holiday at LaGuardia31 was very enjoyable, we have had a great 3 weeks. The villa is perfect for wheelchair users, and very comfortable & luxurious for everyone else. Javea is a beautiful place, with as much or as little as you want to do. We personally did very little, enjoying the glorious weather by day and having a lovely stroll on the promenade before having a lovely meal at night. Can hardly believe it’s nearly time to leave. It feels as if we could stay forever as we have enjoyed it so much. Definitely hope to be back next year. |

Wow ! What a fantastic villa. Disabled facilities and suitable for a young family !! Our two children (10yrs and 7yrs) had the time of their lives, and I could get on and enjoy myself knowing that my wife didn’t need anywhere as much help as usual. We’ll be back in 2006. |

We have had a lovely week. The villa has been perfect, so well equipped and very comfortable. The location could not have been better. This was our first visit to this region, and we will certainly be back. Our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer. |

LaGuardia31 is a luxurious and comfortable villa which is ideal for wheelchair users, but not in the least clinical, and therefore suitable for any family. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms large. The roll in shower is ideal, with a throne like shower chair for the wheelchair user. However, the shower is so invigorating, that all the family enjoyed the use of the large cubicle. The villa has very efficient central heating, so it was cosy on the more cooler evenings. The surrounding area is full of contrasts, and the ‘Miradores’ are a must to visit, but can be quite tricky for wheelchairs. |

Thanks for a superb holiday in your villa. I cannot begin to explain what the week meant to my wife and I. You two will appreciate how much it meant to be able to get my wife on a hassle free holiday in the sun now that she is dependant on a wheelchair. She hasn’t stopped talking about it since we returned ! We would definitely like to come back, either later this year or the same time next year. Once again, thank you for a holiday which will remain in our memory for a long, long time. |
