LaGuardia31 is a luxury wheelchair accessible holiday villa near to the historic town of Javea on the Costa Blanca Spain within an easy drive north of Alicante. The house is set in its own grounds with a private pool and has been constructed to a high standard by the best Valencian craftsmen. Although the villa has been designed with disabled people in mind, the adaptations are subtle enough to allow for any family to enjoy their stay.

With its traditionally styled beamed ceiling, the villa is comfortably furnished with the accommodation all on one level. It offers three good sized bedrooms, with the larger master bedroom being suitable for a wheelchair user and comes with an en-suite bathroom with a large open shower and double washbasins. The two further bedrooms have twin beds and are served by a generous family bathroom.

The open plan living area with widescreen Sky TV and DVD, leads directly onto the naya and pool terrace. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The driveway leads to level parking and direct access to the villa. A car is essential to enjoy all this area has to offer.

The villa is located on the wooded headland of the Cabo de la Nao, the most easterly point of mainland Spain. There are three accessible restaurants within walking distance and four supermarkets less than a three minute drive away. The lively town of Javea and beach is only a few minutes away by car.

You could spend your time just relaxing by the Pool, going to the Beach and eating out at the many fine restaurants. But if you feel the need to be more active, Javea has something for everybody including tennis, golf, bowls, diving, Jet Ski and wind surfing. If you want to drive further a field, there is the Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park at Benidorm, or the museums and shopping arcades in Valencia. You could also visit the nearby historic towns of Moriara, Denia and Benissa. All this makes LaGuardia31 the ideal location to spend your holiday.
