    How to Book

    Imagine yourself relaxing on the beach.

    Making a booking is easy...
     
    • Firstly, contact us for current availability. Enquiries are accepted by e-mail or telephone. Specific dates can be reserved with a non-returnable deposit of £300 per week.
    • We will send you a booking form for you to complete and return. Your stay will be confirmed once we have received your deposit, along with a signed booking form.
    • The balance is due 8 weeks before your departure. If the departure date is less than 8 weeks away, then the total cost of the rental is due in full at the time of booking.

    What Happens Next


    Once the full cost of your holiday has been paid, you will be sent detailed directions for getting to the villa along with a set of keys.
     

    When You Arrive


    Please plan your arrival in Spain between 12 noon and 6pm to ensure that we are available to you if you have any questions on arrival. You are safe in the knowledge that we are nearby to ensure that your stay is as trouble free as possible. Consider the villa as your home from home for the duration of your stay, but please remember to treat it with respect.

    An expression of interest is not sufficient to secure the villa for the dates you require. Flights, ferries, car hire etc. should not be arranged until we confirm the booking with you.

  • Occupancy is for a maximum of 6 plus a cot. 
  • Saturday to Saturday during the high season...
  • ...but flexible at other times of the year.
  • The villa will be available from 3pm on the day you arrive.
  • It should be vacated by 10am on the day you depart.
  • Your stay will only be confirmed when we receive your deposit payment.
  • The Balance is due 8 weeks prior to your departure.
  • If your departure is less than 8 weeks, then full payment is required
  • We respectably ask guests not to smoke within the villa.
  • Regretfully pets are not allowed.
