Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at LaGuardia31. We had been contemplating a trip to Spain for some time, but as my husband is quite severely disabled, I was rather apprehensive about adapted hotel rooms etc.... until we found you on the internet ! We shall certainly have no qualms about going to the Costa Blanca again, hopefully in the not too distant future. |

The villa can only be described as a palace, it has been built entirely from scratch to facilitate a wheelchair it has roll-in shower, everything is accessible including the swimming pool by hoist! an brick barbeque,,.oh everything needed,,they have even 'raised' the dining table and chairs for whole family meals. Janis and Mike are very nice people, they dropped round to see if we had any problems and recommended a few restaurants to try. Great place, great time, great people read the advert and go. |

Many thanks for accepting our booking at short notice. We had a lovely relaxing week and I just wish we were here longer!. The shower and shower chair are excellent - I like the inclusion of of the corner shelf as all too often I have nowhere to keep my toiletries to hand when we stay in hotels/cottages in the UK. We loved your villa and spent many a relaxing hour out on the naya. The weather was beautiful. We also loved the market over in Moriara, and cooked up a feast or two on the BBQ with our spoils. I am sure we will return as we had such a great holiday - next time with baby of course. Thank you. |

We have rented several villas over recent years. LaGuardia31 rates amongst the best in all respects. It is spacious and very comfortable. We felt at home immediately. There were six of us staying on this occasion, including my father-in-law who is dependent on a wheelchair. We found the layout and facilities in the villa perfect, especially the wheel-in shower in the en-suite bathroom and the pool hoist. I would unreservedly recommend LaGuardia31 to anyone, whether needing wheelchair facilities or not. The property and surroundings were even better than the photographs on the web site and its links promised. The booking process was friendly and efficient, and the owners should be proud of the service they offer. |
