    Additional Costs

     

    Refundable Damage Bond

    In common with other villa owners, a £200 bond is added to the total rental cost. This is a guarantee against damage and breakages during your stay. It is payable along with the rental cost. The bond will be returned to you, less stoppages once the Villa has been inspected after you depart, and the keys returned to us.
     

    Laundry and Final Clean

    A small charge of £10 per person will be added to the total rental cost to cover the cost of the laundry and standard cleaning of the villa after you depart. Any additional villa servicing will be charged for accordingly.
     

    Long Term Lets

    Long lets of 4 weeks or more are available from November to Easter at special reduced rates, subject to availability. Prices and details are available upon request.
